Join us for a beautiful beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga class every Thursday from 9:00am–10:15am at Dundas Driving Park throughout August & September.
This gentle, grounding class is perfect for all levels—whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to slow things down and connect with your body and breath in nature.
📍Location:
Dundas Driving Park – Just to the right of the play structure, near the kitchenette.

A yoga mat
Water bottle
Sunscreen or hat (optional)
